Rotate Image to Fix Orientation

Why Photos Appear Sideways
Phone cameras store orientation data in the image's EXIF metadata instead of physically rotating the pixel data. Choosing the Right Rotation
If the image appears rotated clockwise (tilted to the right), rotate 270° (or 90° counter-clockwise). If rotated counter-clockwise (tilted to the left), rotate 90° clockwise. If completely upside down, rotate 180°.
